Joe Kenney is a professional bronze sculptor with figures ranging in size from tabletop to monumental.  His artistic interests include realistic sculpture of historic figures, adults and children that represent everyday human behavior, and religious oriented sculpture that evokes in the viewer a realization of the spiritual aspect of humanity and the struggle between good and evil.  From the influence of classical sculptors, his work reflects love of family, faith, and commitment to social justice issues.

 Joe Kenney studied figurative sculpture at the University of Oklahoma under Paul Moore and Sohail Shedada, the Loveland Colorado Academy of Fine Arts, and the Austin Texas Sculpture Center.  He is a colleague of the National Sculpture Society, New York City and a member of the board of directors of the Texas Society of Sculptors.
